FeminaBeauty.com offers free standard shipping on all merchandise orders $100 and over (excluding taxes) inside the U.S.A. Our standard shipping is done primarily via US postal services. Shipping and handling charges are as follows;

- USPS Priority mail: $ 7.99
- USPS Standard mail: $ 5.99
- FedEx:$ 20.00 (Max. 2 Business days for most cities in U.S.A.)
- EXTRA SHIPPING (As required for wholesale and international shipping.)

The above charges only apply with in the U.S.A. International Shipping and handling charges varies as per the country, Please send email to sales@feminabeauty.com for international inquiries. Please click the wholesales inquiries for orders more than the value of $ 500, so we can offer special discount and different shipping and handling options then the above.

PROCESSING TIME

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Orders received between Monday to Friday, are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday.

Standard shipping with USPS takes 3-7 business days.

DAMAGE

Femina Beauty uses the standard packing boxes for all shipping purposes. Any kind of damage or loss incurred during shipping is beyond the control of Femina Beauty and it is the ultimate responsibility of the delivery company. The addressee must file the damage claim against the shipping company and Femina Beauty will assist in any possible way.

RETURN POLICY

Our goal is to offer the finest merchandise with strict standards for quality. If for some reason you are dissatisfied simply e-mail us for the return authorization within 30 days for the full return. Please note that we can only return unopened\unused herbal care products. In your request for return, please include the item name and the reason you want to return. A customer care representative will reply to your message and if necessary will send you the shipping instruction for returning the item.
