How may I order Products from FeminaBeauty.com?

You may order our products by the following methods:

1. Online shopping from our web store (Preferred Method) 2. You can also E-mail your order form to us, orders@FeminaBeauty.com (Note: In this situation, you have to pay by either cashier check or money order. If you choose to pay by credit card, Please Do not submit credit card information via E-mail because of the security risk, some will contact you in our customer service department for that information.)

Alternate payment method

1. You can also orders by phone 8.00 – 4.00 Pacific Time, M-F at 509-452-2920.
2. You can pay by cashiers check or money order.
3. You can choose the products and shipping charges from online and then mail us the payments on following address.

Once we receive your order with payment, we will ship the order to you. Cashier’s check or money order payable to FeminaBeauty.com. Personal checks are accepted but there may be an additional delay in shipping until the check clears the bank.

For online shopping, payment must be made at the time of check out thru credit cards, (MasterCard, Visa, Discover or Am. Express).

Is it safe to use my credit card for on line shopping?

Do I pay sales tax?

FeminaBeauty.com does not charge sales tax on orders originated and shipped outside of our business base in Washington. For orders inside the state of Washington, the applicable sales tax is automatically calculated for online shoppers but payment thru money order, personal or cashier’s check, must include the sales tax (currently 7.6%).

How do I know my shipping and handling charges?

FeminaBeauty.com offers free standard shipping on all merchandise orders $100 and over (excluding taxes) inside the U.S.A. Our standard shipping is done primarily via US postal services. Shipping and handling charges are as follows;

- USPS Priority mail : $ 7.99
- USPS Standard mail : $ 5.99
- FedEx :$ 20.00 (Max. 2 Business days for most cities in U.S.A.)
